Несмотря на всю эту боль, да придет в нашу жизнь радость.

Радость простого дня проживать все, что приносит нам мир,

В принятии и осознании - нет ничего, что мы не смогли бы пройти вместе.

Не разрушая ни себя, ни других, ни ту планету, что дала нам приют.

With a trembling hand, I hold the pen,

Slowly in beat, I write again.

Let it fly high, no boundaries faced,

Heartbeats loud, no return to trace.

Days and weeks already count down,

Our world tense like us, waiting round.

The dawn’s shape still blurred and gray,

We’re apart, drifting away.

The planet trembles, the waves collide,

Washing the dirt from all sides.

The air is charged, it’s buzzing loud,

No strength left, breaking free somehow.

Despite all this pain, may joy come into our lives.

The joy of a simple day, to live all that the world brings to us,

In acceptance and awareness - there is nothing we cannot face together.

Without breaking ourselves, each other, or the planet that shelters us.

Com mão a tremer seguro a pena,

Devagar, no compasso, escrevo a carta.

Que voe outra vez, sem saber de barreiras,

Bate o coração. Não há volta.

Semanas e dias já estão contados,

O mundo em tensão, tal como nós.

Ainda incertos os traços da aurora,

Dispersos estamos, desunidos.

O planeta estremece, ruge o mar,

Lava toda a sujidade de uma vez.

Faísca de tensão o ar à volta,

Já não há forças para levar a dor.

Apesar de toda esta dor, que venha a alegria às nossas vidas.

A alegria de um dia simples, de viver tudo o que o mundo nos traz,

Na aceitação e na consciência - não há nada que não consigamos atravessar juntos.

Sem nos destruirmos, nem aos outros, nem ao planeta que nos deu abrigo.
